Experienced Coach
  • Over 22 years as a physical therapist specializing in finding solutions where others have come up short.
  • Nearly 50 years of Life School, walking through and thriving in my personal challenges, & solving my late wife's unbearable, "unfixable" pain.

This is the best place to start. The app will walk you through self tests to help you categorize your movement pattern. Based on this, the app will direct you which activities to perform. As you progress, you will be asked to fine tune your program based on repeat test results. It's all there, waiting for you to take action.
