It starts with a Zoom Call
During our discovery call, I get curious and actively listen to your current goals & current limitations. Then, we rediscover your lost passions.

Equal Footing Challenge
If we agree you are a good fit for the program, you begin your Movement Alchemy journey. The Equal Footing Challenge is delivered through my app: Movement Alchemy w/Jim Wittekind. An equal footing is the foundation for everything else.

During the 12 week Equal Footing Challenge, you have access to my app: Movement Alchemy w/Jim Wittekind. Videos and audio file meditations guide you through the Learning topics and Doing activities as you progress along your journey.
